Originally established in 1994 as an opportunistic real estate investment company, over the years, Laureti Holdings has expanded its activities into international real estate investment banking through a series wholly business units. 

The company services clients with real estate investment banking, development, structured financing, strategic ventures, asset sales, asset management, and loan sale advisory.  One of the latest additions to our services includes advising clients on the benefits of adapting green energy to developed real estate.  

The company is owned and operated by Marco Laureti.  Mr. Laureti is a University of Miami graduate and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration on International Finance, Marketing, and Business Law.
