Marco Laureti, CEO:  Mr. Laureti is CEO of Northview Capital, LLC  and has over 20 years of Real Estate experience as an advisor and private investor.  He has participated in commercial and residential investments, loan pool acquisitions, and structured finance.  His fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian has allowed him to develop close relationships with overseas private and institutional investors that seek Real Estate related opportunities in the United States and the Caribbean.  He is also the President of LAURETIHOLDINGS.  Mr. Laureti graduated from University of Miami with a Bachelor's in Business Administration degree in International Finance, Marketing, and Business Law.  Michael Giasi, Managing Director:  Mr. Giasi is Managing Director of Northview Capital, LLC and has over 25 years of Commercial Real Estate Finance Analysis, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and International Advisory for Renewable Energy and Environmental Projects.  He has contributed to the completion of international projects through structured finance and teaming up developers, investors, and government entities together in assets such as hotels, shopping centers, free zones, petrochemical, and industrial.  His fluency in Spanish and his finance, engineering, and construction management knowledge has permitted him to bond close relationships with government entities, investors, and developers that rely in his expertise to execute or restructure on transactions.  Mr. Giasi graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering in Structures and Transportation, and an MBA, Master's Degree (less thesis) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Finance and Construction Management.
