Northview Capital expands its market of operation and relationships by originating strategic ventures in the Real Estate arena for itself or its clients.  We are open minded and will review ventures or projects with upside potential and have the ability to step in as a sponsor of the deal or provide the proper group to step into a deal.  When Northview involved in a Strategic Ventures it is executed through affiliated companies wholly owned or in Joint Venture partnerships with other groups.  Below are our own strategic ventures.   Northview Equities is an affiliated company owned by our parent company LAURETIHOLDINGS that engages in opportunistic real estate backed investment acquisitions.  The company acquires both whole loans and Fee Simple real estate assets. Greenview Advisory is an affiliated company owned by our parent company LAURETIHOLDINGS that engages in providing green energy solutions to real estate assets. Emerald Village is an a 17 unit townhome development where our parent company LAURETIHOLDINGS is a JV partner acting as the construction loan guarantor.
